让课堂教学充满创新活力

内容提要：培养学生创新精神与实践能力，是人的个性发展价值的需要。也就是说，创新与实践，可以使个性得到充分的张扬。创新和实践的最终目的，是使学生的人格得到塑造，使学生获得生命的全部意义。改变学习方式的根本意义，是为了培养学生的创新精神。在整个教学过程中，老师的教似乎不是显得很突出，更多的是引导学生去思考，去体验，这样才会有所发现、有所得，才有利于培养学生的创新性和创新能力。因为面对同样的问题，学生中会出现各种不同的思维方式，产生不同的结果。

　　著名的未来学家托夫勒指出：工业社会的特点是标准化，而信息社会的特点是多样化和个性化。从某种意义上说，个性与创新总是相伴而生，学生个性得到张扬的时候创新潜能才能开发出来。自主的根本目的是张扬个性，个性是创新的前提。
